Free routine

Battery Saver at 20%

Before the battery hits the red, the phone trims what drains it — power saving on, screen dimmed, dark mode on, Always On Display off, sync paused.

  • Trigger: Battery below 20%
  • Power saving
  • Brightness 30%
  • Dark mode
  • AOD off
  • Auto-sync off

Scan with Routines+

  1. Install Good Lock from the Galaxy Store and add the Routines+ module.
  2. Open Routines+ and tap ImportScan QR code.
  3. Scan the code above, then turn the routine on. The pack includes the matching "restore on charge" routine — see the Build it tab to add it by hand.

Import the file

battery-saver.rtn placeholder file — replace with the real export Download
  1. Download the file to your Galaxy phone.
  2. Open Routines+ and tap ImportFrom file, then choose battery-saver.rtn.
  3. Review the actions and turn the routine on.
Opening a .rtn file needs the Routines+ module. Without Good Lock, use the Build it tab.

Build it yourself

Settings › Modes and Routines › Routines tab › +. Add each action in order.

  1. If › Battery level › Drops below › 20%.
  2. Then › Battery › Power saving › On.
  3. Display › Brightness › ~30%.
  4. Display › Dark mode › On.
  5. Lock screen and AOD › Always On Display › Off.
  6. Accounts and backup › Auto sync data › Off.
  7. Name it Battery Saver, tap Save.
  8. Add a restore routine: new routine, If › Charging status › Connected, then set each action above back (Power saving Off, Dark mode Off, AOD On, Auto sync On). Battery-level triggers do not reverse on their own, so this second routine is what undoes it.
