Digital content and the right of withdrawal

Our products are digital content delivered immediately after purchase. Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Because delivery is immediate, at checkout you expressly consent to delivery beginning straight away and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once download begins.

When we will refund anyway

We would rather have a happy customer than a forced sale. We will refund in full if:

• the files fail to download or import and we cannot fix it for you;
• a routine does not do what its description says on a supported device;
• you bought by mistake and have not yet downloaded the files.

When we will not refund

• Your device does not meet the compatibility requirements stated on the product page.
• You changed your mind after downloading and the product works as described.
• A future Samsung update changes behaviour — we issue fixes instead, at no charge.

How to request one

Email magedaragama@yahoo.com with your order number within 30 days of purchase. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.
